MODIFICATIONS
Now, let's talk tweaks! To make this dress truly my own, I jazzed up the base pattern with a couple of designer modifications. First up, I created a center seam down the front and back. I added a 1/2” seam allowance and sewed the left and right pieces together.
Next, I added 2 slits down each side, roughly 8 inches long. This allowed for the dress to have a bit more movement and ofcourse allowed me to show a little more leg.
